A man who attacked a security officer at Aberdeen Asda fined £300

James Clark, 30, from Carnie Drive, Aberdeen, assaulted the worker at Asda on Links Road, Aberdeen, on April 20 after being thrown out.

Yesterday, he admitted the offence at Aberdeen Sheriff Court

The court heard Clark had admitted kicking the security guard on the body and attempting to punch him on the head.

Sheriff Ian Wallace was told Clark was intoxicated during the incident but has since reformed.
